研究方向

微生物生态学,理论生态学,群落生态学,生物多样性的维持

欢迎对生物多样性、结合模型与微生物实验、以及机器学习等方向感兴趣的本科生、硕士、博士、博士后加入课题组。


研究方向为生物多样性的维持机制,旨在通过揭示其作用原理,引导群落动态变化,甚至实现群落的重建,以最终达到保护生态多样性的目的。现阶段,我们致力于结合模型与微生物(绿藻)实验,计划搭建一个机器人平台,以实现实验设置、操作、和数据收集的全自动化。
